Mberengwa woman murdered by Ben 10 lover

In a tragic incident a woman from Mberengwa was reportedly murdered by her young lover whom she was cohabiting with.
It has been gathered that the now deceased Dadirai Mudarikwa (39) of Jacob Village under Chief Nyamhondo in Mberengwa died at the hands of her young love who had been identified as Stanely Mahachi (22).
Mahachi is alleged to have committed the heinous crime in the late hours of Thursday last week.
“Police is investigating a murder case in which a 39-year-old woman was brutally killed at her homestead in Village Jaoc under Chief Nyamhondo in Mberengwa. The incident occurred on 25 January 2024 at about 2100 hours,” police spokesperson in Midlands Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko said.
The couple had been staying together for the past four years.
“Allegations are that the now deceased Dadirai Mudarikwa had been cohabiting with the now suspect Stanley Mahachi, aged 22 years, since 2020. On 25 January 2024 at around 2100 hours, it is said the two were in their bedroom hut when a misunderstanding arose between them. The suspect then picked a spade and struck Dadirai several times on the head until she died,” Mahoko said before adding that police are currently carrying out investigations.
Meanwhile, police are appealing for information which might lead to the arrest of the suspect who is at large.
