ZB Financial Holdings Limited has said the financial house is reconfiguring their brand so as to match its customers needs.

ZB Bank Executive Head Projects and Program Manager in charge of the organisation’s transformation, Patrick Tendai Huni said the transformation of ZB branches into services centres is an exciting process set on timelines.

“It was a life changing organisational transformation that impacts both the customers and the internal staff so as to bring convenient service to the market,” he said.

Adding on the financial house’s  rebranding renowned brand consultant and strategist, Tham Moyo said the banks transformation was a  bold move to project the banks modern trajectory.

“To go through with the transformation one of the things that we did was to go digital, and also adopt a friendly and new modern look,” he said before adding, “We want to be relevant and we achieve this by doing things differently.” 

Moyo said the  transformation was aimed at  growing  their business so that it resonated with their customers.

The rebranding of the ZB group has seen a transformation that has brought digital banking innovations where one can now access all the ZB group’s serves such as banking, insurance and investment in on one application. 

In addition, the mobile application offer services such as checking account balances and transaction history, bill payments, money transfers, viewing and accessing loans and term deposits among other services from anywhere across the world.
